My ancient stove finally gave up the ghost, and since replacing it is beyond my wallet's ability, I opted for this. It is doing the job wonderfully well. Took a little while to figure out the heat setting for what I'm doing at the time, but it gets the job done, from simply boiling water to frying, making soup...whatever I did on my old, dead stove I can do on this. Color me happy!

This product is exactly what I wanted in a portable cooktop. My kitchen cooktop stopped working for me so in the meanwhile while waiting for my apartment management comes and see me what the problem is this will be my lifesaver for the time being. It heats up really fast for both boiling water or heating up food. You can adjust the temperature as needed. Its modern glass top cooking elements are thick and no spaces between the elements and top rang means no spilling and easy cleaning. I would advise not to use a harsh metal scrubber on this for it can scratch the glass. I would definitely recommend this and the price is unbeatable. It’s also great for the holidays or special occasions where another cooktop comes in handy.

I like it a lot but I wish the light would turn on when you turn the hot plate on, not when it hits a higher temperature. I can see leaving a burner on because it looks like you turned it off.

Bought this to replace the two individual ones I had been using for the last few years. They finally gave out from daily use. I love that this is a double burner and not having to use the separate ones. It takes up a little more room but it's very beneficial. I use it at least twice a day for all of my cooking. I chose this one for the various types of cookware I use cast iron alot and the others are not rated for it. I have not had it for very long but so far I'm loving it and recommend it to anyone that uses electric cook tops. It's very easy to clean and great heat output.

It got us through a kitchen remodel! But both burners do not have the same temps. So if you are a heavy duty cooker, keep that in mind. I plan to use this to augment my grilling station and to keep food warm for larger dinner parties.

Purchased this for use on our boat, draws less amperage and gets the job done. It did smell for a few minutes as stated but nothing too strong. It is great for 7-8" pots and pans. It cleans super easy and stores well when not in use. We use this cooktop more than we use the stove on our boat and love it! Would recommend to anyone looking for an extra cooking area or for a small space.

Worked great 1st 2 years … then one of the burners completely stopped working. A bummer and replaced with another brand.

Great product, although it takes quite a long time to boil a saucepan of water for potatoes, pasta etc. Doesn't boil too vigorously when cooking.
