Excellent, affordable high-potency Vitamin D, very important for us who hardly get any sunshine.

The size of the softgels from the 5000IU (125mcg) from Amazon are no different from the 1000IU (25mcg) size of my locally bought from my pharmacy store. if the IUs are already different, why there is no change in their sizes? I felt cheated. Seller please explain. if not , I would want to ask partial refund as there is a difference in IU on the either package but both softgels are the same sizes (see photo).

I think these work! Have your Vit D check soon. Low Vitamin D can cause a whole host of symptoms. Personally, my body pain is close to non-existent when my vitamin D level stays over 55! It also helps a LOT this time of year with seasonal depression. It really does. Try a supplement like this without soy or fillers. You will thank me. 5000 iu is a maintenance dose for my size. Definitely take a bit more & watch Dr Berg on Vit D if your level is under 50. Also, Magnesium is an amazing co-factor for worth supplementing!

Necessary supplement, especially in the Midwest. Small sized pills, easy to swallow. Should probably check your D levels before supplementing, but most people are probably deficient in this and magnesium. I went to a holistic dentist for a possible cavitation surgery and the office won't treat you if you're deficient in D3. I supplemented with this taking at least 20,000 IU daily and when I took the blood test my levels were just below the middle of optimal. Haven't noticed any side effects.
