where to start..... ok firstly the app, this downloaded first time on my android phone, wifes iphone and the ipad. its very intuitive to use the app, it offers the ability to use the touch screen to pan and tilt the camera plus it has a more traditional style circle with arrows that allows real time pinpoint control zoom in and out also can be controlled by touch screen or manually with the in app on screen controls..... none of the other apps i have tried allows this manual control, most just opt for the swiping on the touch screen which i found hit and miss, these controls are more accurate. then we come to installing the camera. the base plate could do with being a little wider to allow for easier access to the screw holes, but its actually a lot better than the other two i tried and sent back. screwed to the wall and cable connected the camera went through its orientation and then was ready. no need to search for the camera on the network, just scan the code on the camera and set up is instant first go.... i have to say i was just a bit impressed with the ease of this stage, when you look at a lot of reviews of other cameras there seems to be lots of issues connecting the camera to the app, not so with this set up. once connected its wise to familiarize yourself with the features as there are a lot of them, some can be manually set and automatically set, you have the choice. for example the lights.... here you have the option for black and white night vision using infra red (so invisible) or color night vision so turning on the white leds which gives a much clearer picture or automatic so it stays in infra red until it detects movement.... and of course you can change this at any time whist viewing the camera, its that flexible. movement sensing is another area you would want to familiarize yourself with as this also has vast level of flexibility, most of the cameras in this price range have software preset only, with this one you can set individual levels of sensitivity and set up detection zones and alert line.... very useful. there are so many features but thats enough about then for now.....whats it like to use?.... well, i wasn't expecting much as this is not a camera in the hundreds of pounds bracket, but i was surprised. the image quality in daylight is very good, you have the option of SD or HD , we use HD although this does use more memory.... talking of memory, we use a 64gb memory card and find it ample, playback is swift and very easy to use. connection quality is something important to us as delay in the camera moving or play back is a nuisance ....... this camera has none of that, real time viewing , playback and camera control are very very good, its in a remote location with very poor , at time less than 5mbps and yet the response is as quick as our ring door bell running on 67mbps. because of the location i do have it on wired internet but have tried on wifi with no problems. all in all i am very pleased with the quality of operation, recording and images quality, you have to remember this is not a £1000 camera but it does share many of the high end features. one of the areas that definitely sets this apart is the app and that is very important as its your interface with the camera and as many find out have manual control over all the features all of the time is very very important as the whole purpose goes out the window if you can access and control what you want to view. when you look at the pictures added, please bare in mind that the daytime pics are pics taken by phone of an i pad and the night time pics are screen shots off my phone, there is no natural light where the camera is as it in the a remote location with no street lights. forgot to mention the audio, its very important as it is also in real time with very little delay and no noise feedback.... one last feature that really useful, this camera has such a wide range of movement but you can remember recently viewed places and one click and it returns to that exact spot

This is an excellent camera, extremely easy to set up with printed instructions, and the chat help also very good when I needed to add a second user. I'm using it with SD card and even a 32 Gb card saves a huge amount of video. The PTZ works flawlessly. The picture quality is excellent. I also have a Foscam camera and this is much better for less cost. I highly recommend this model.

I already had 4 other cameras from another supplier that I have connected to a laptop running as a dvr. I wanted to try this make with a view to buying the full system as the cameras I have are starting to fail. Setting the camera up is easy enough using the app on your phone, connecting it to your WiFi. If that's what you want to do then that's great. Having spent many days taking to 'Jason' at Hiseeu it did expose some limitations. The software on their Web site for PC has a few bugs in so you get directed by Jason to download a different package from elsewhere. It's not the most intuitive software but I eventually got it to work to some degree. These cameras seem geared towards the phone or the complete solution with dvr linked to a monitor. I have got it connected to my dvr using onvif, which highlighted another limitation. You cant change the ip address of the camera. So if you rely on dhcp with a short lease the ip of the camera could change after power loss causing anything that relys on a static ip to fail. How it picks up an ip address if you don't have dhcp enabled I don't know. The other issue is that you can't connect to the camera by Web browser to change configuration. The phone app has some settings you can change but you will always have the on screen display of the camera enabled - date time and IPCAM in the top left. All the other cameras I've had allow a Web interface for configuration. Not sure why this one doesn't - I was told this quite clearly by Jason. I know this could easily be fixed with a firmware update but at this time the camera isnt fully there in my view. The 3mp image is very good, the phone app seems to work well over 4g. So a good camera, would be great as part of their complete systems but not very configurable. Despite being told you can't change the ip address I did find a piece of software on their site that does allow you to change it - but it is a bit of trial and error though till it works. I know by only giving 4 stars I am forgoing my 'present' from the supplier, but i think it needs that final tweak to make it a 5 star product - besides it's only a 32gb memory card your sent for a 5 star review.

We’ve just recently purchased the Hiseeu dome camera, to secure our home. We are extremely pleased with the streamline look about it and doesn’t look unsightly on our property. It’s extremely easy to set up through the app with step by step guidance in the booklet that comes with it and the prompts when installing. Lots of features in the app to set up to your own personal preferences. We’ve gone for the SD card storage (SD not included in the package) which works extremely well. Through the app you can manually control your camera which is a great feature. We are extremely impressed with the HD Night Vision the picture is crystal clear as the camera has two infrared lights which helps provide clear images in darkness. The Human detection is also a plus for us and can be set up with phone notifications to alert you and records it to the SD card for viewing. We also like the 360 viewing which rotates horizontal and vertical when detecting a moving person and follows them until out of view for longer and more precise recordings. We’ve also tried out the two way audio where you are able to speak to a person outside through the app and it’s very clear to hear. There is also a siren that you can press to alert someone who’s on your premises which is loud and would hopefully deter and intruders. Would we recommend purchasing this camera? without a doubt, this has got to be the best security camera we’ve purchased, it’s reliable, high-quality, and packed with great features that make monitoring your property effortless. This security camera has great signal, crystal-clear images, and full coverage, look no further such a great price too…..

***UPDATE, 14 months after purchase*** So in addition to the night vision no longer working, the rotation of the camera now also no longer works - if turns right, but not left, so as soon as it moves it gets stuck facing the wall! On top of that - I'm now being asked to pay a subscription for 'people tracking', which is something the camera initially did for free - what a CON!!! NOT happy, and will be sticking with Tapo cameras from now on. Initial review: I actually highly rated this camera when I first bought it - good person tracking and a spotlight comes on that follows the person round when they come on the drive, awesome stuff! However, the app stopped recognising the camera, so I had to reset it and re-add it... all seemed good, only now the infrared night vision and/or 'full colour night vision' (spotlight) don't come on at night, with the result that the picture is just one big blob of black! I've tried the help section of the app, but it just comes up 'submission failed' so I've no option but to leave this review and hope someone from the company gets back to me. Shame, because while the camera was working properly it was pretty decent!

Camera was really good at first. However after 2 years the white light stopped working, then the motion detection stopped working so all it done was turned itself to the wall. I contacted them through the app and got the usual - delete and re-install, turn it on and off and the factory reset which I done, then I got an email stating that it was broken and I would need a new one! After only 2 years use, I wouldn't expect to be replacing it

I bought the full system including the Monitor, I bought this extra camera to give more coverage it is a great system and great value.

Mittlerweile betreiben wir 9 Kameras von Hiseeu, lokal zusammen mit einem PVR, und können nur Gutes feststellen. Das System läuft absolut zuverlässig, manchmal gibt es Verbindungsabbrüche, was aber an der Entfernung der Kameras zum PVR liegt, weil das überwachte Grundstück recht groß ist. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde einmal von Hiseeu schnell und professionell behoben. Die oft gescholtene kostenpflichte Cloud brauche ich nicht, da wir lokal aufzeichnen. In die Bedienung des Systems und der Software muss man sich ein wenig einfummeln, ist nicht unbedingt Plug and Play, aber wenn man nicht ganz ungeschickt ist sollte es für jeden machbar sein. Die Qualität der Bilder, sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht ist m. E. für privaten Einsatz mehr als ausreichend, insbesondere angesichts des Preises. Ein Bekannter betreibt Kameras, die 10 x teurer sind, die Bilder sind nicht besser. Daher: Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Cela fait plusieurs jours que j’ai installé la caméra. L'image est très correcte et je suis bluffé de la vision de nuit. J’en suis très satisfait. L'installation est assez simple et l'application tres intuitive. Je suis ravie de cette caméra.

Esta cámara de seguridad es la mejor del mercado. La camara es muy muy fácil de instalar. Yo tengo el sistema de disco duro de1 tb y tan solo hay que elegir “añadir cámara” y en ese momento enchufar a la corriente la cámara. La auto detecta en segundos y ya está instalada. La cámara graba en HD o en SD. En mi caso tengo el sistema conectado a la TV, aunque también lo tengo en el IPad y en el móvil a través de la app EseeCloud. Funciona fantásticamente. La cámara la puedes poner en modo grabación permanente o con detección de personas, la cámara girará según se mueve una persona detectada. También puedes girar a voluntad remotamente. Tiene posibilidad de escuchar y hablar, así como poner visión infrarroja o con luces led, alarma, avisos al email, etc, súper completa. El servicio de atención al usuario también funciona de maravilla, me contestaron rápidamente y me indicaron como conectar también el sistema con Alexa. Definitivamente un 10 sobre 10!!!
