Is it too wide for a petite female 5'5?

Good question. Everyone's pelvis size is different regardless of height. It's like sitting in a saddle. Some folks like a wide seat to straddle, others not so much. My pelvis is small but I'm a big grandma. Wide saddle seats are more comfortable for me. Personally I'd call this a 'one size fits all'.

I have two tilt levers, one on each side. I pulled up on them but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Sit on it lightly while pushing or pulling the levers. That will do it.

Does this raise high enough for a 6ft person?
