Missing items
The fan came with missing items . No floor stand or wall brackets and looked liked a returned item was sent to me as the packaging was all taped and cling wrapped . Have returned the product .

Missing fixing accessories
The Fan arrived but there is no any bolt which must be available to fix the mish cover, then no choice i bought some plastic clips to attach it instead of returning the package and order again
