would these work well for long distance runs?

I run, sprint, etc. and they always stay on. I can see maybe after some time they might get loose? I have a big head so maybe they're always secure.

yes the number on the package is HA-S160-R. I have been using this model for a few years. I am very hard of hearing (hearing impaired). These work best for me when I need to understand the spoken word when on my computer. I have tried many other brands these are the best for low cost. I have a $200 set of Sony wireless headphones that i use for watching TV, but the spoken words are clearer to me with these. I have 3 pair of these JVC's one is still in the package as a backup. keith
