Does this product work well for Keratosis Pilaris?

I use it on my face where that is not a problem. Any glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acid should help with that. I would definitely try it.

Does this work for milia?

This can be used for milia however is dependent on the intensity of the concern. Glycolic Acid works to exfoliate the top layers of the epidermis therefore will over time clear the complexion and smooth out skin.
