No, these are a little more sturdy, use for stir fried Thai dishes. I use them for making Drunken Noodles. Could you use them, sure but not the best for noodle soup. Good luck. IDK which they use, it seems more of an egg based noodle than these are.

How long do they take to cook?

Hello! You have a few options: Some people get good results when they soak the noodles in water for 15 minutes or so. Then, the noodles can be added to your dish and cooked for a few minutes. Method #2: If you boil them right out of the bag, they need about 10 minutes to cook. It depends on how soft or al dente you prefer. Thank you!
