Closest to the real thing
Does not taste exactly like gin, but is the closest thing I have found. What I like is the gin-like bite I get in the back of my mouth as I swallow. That's the best way I can explain it.

Don't waste your money.
Not good at all. I was really wanting it to be even a little like Gin, but it is most definitely not. I would think to make something gin like would be easy, because of all the botanicals. To all the Gin drinkers, this is what I have done. Squeeze a lime, add loads of ice. One Fevertree indian tonic water and a couple of dashes of angostura bitters. It is quite enjoyable.

Decent gin alternative
The gin is pretty good. It almost tastes like it's own little cocktail on its own. Doesn't exactly taste like gin but that's expected. Tasted like a spicy lemon martini but maybe a little sweeter than I'd prefer. I could see it working alright in something else. Way better than the whiskey they make.

Makes a fantastic MARGARITA for real!
Not gin tasting and definitely can’t be drank by itself. HOWEVER I added fresh lime juice, few tablespoons of jalapeño juice, with a splash of grapefruit seltzer - and wouldn’t you know it, IT TASTES EXACTLY LIKE A MARGARITA I’m not kidding! Put some salt on the rim and you’re ready to go. HOWEVER, can only have one because of all the Vitamin Bs added to it. Why I ask??? Why must all these non-alki beverages have these random additives like mushrooms and adaptogens?? If I see that in ingredients, I don’t buy it. The Vit Bs - if I have more than one “gin” drink, causes insomnia and heart palpitations. Who puts stuff for energy into drinks that people most likely will have in the evening?!! And traditionally speaking, drink alcohol to calm down from stressful day. Doesn’t make sense.

Mocktail Queen!
Delicious! Makes the best mocktails! Mixes well with traditional mixers or mixed fruit juices and sliced fruits. This is now my go to afternoon drink!

Tastes like slightly spicy water
I wanted this to be good, or at least tolerable so that I could have an option for those times when I want another cocktail and it would be better for my liver if I did not have another cocktail -- honestly, it tastes like slightly spicy water. It bears no resemblance to gin whatsoever. If I had to guess what spirit it was imitating, I would say maybe vodka. But it doesn't really matter because it has barely any taste at all. I tried it in several cocktails, most of which had a bunch of other ingredients so that the taste of the spirit wouldn't be so noticeable, but it turns out that lack of taste is a noticeable quality. If you want to have a nice non-alcoholic drink, I suggest getting a quality cocktail syrup and mixing it with seltzer water. You can even shake the cocktail syrup with some lemon or lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker before pouring and adding the seltzer. Throw in a cocktail cherry or lemon twist, serve it in a fancy glass. Don't bother with this "alcohol-free spirit" stuff.

A Game-Changer for Non-Alcoholic Cocktails
Ive been on the hunt for a non-alcoholic gin that actually tastes like gin (which has been surprisingly hard lol) and this one totally nails it. The juniper aroma and hints of lemon peel and cardamom give it that classic gin vibe, with a slightly spicy finish that’s awesome. It’s smooth enough to sip on its own with a splash of tonic, but also mixes perfectly in cocktails -- I made a gimlet with it that was indistinguishable from the real thing. What's amazing is how versatile it is. Some nights I’m all about an alcohol-free drink, and this totally hits the spot. Other times, I’ll add just a splash of regular gin to keep it light but still feel like I’m treating myself. either way, I get to enjoy my usual cocktail routine without feeling like I’ve overdone it. It’s a great choice for when I want to enjoy a cocktail and still feel good about it. Plus, the bottle looks great on my bar cart haha. Recommend giving this a try!!

Black Pepper Burn
I liked the herbal notes but the black pepper burn sensation lasted long beyond the drink. If it weren't for that I'd have been happy with it. Someone else might not mind. I'm a big black pepper fan but this was not a pleasant application.
