Not recommended. This product consistently stops working after just a few months. I replaced it once with a newer model, but experienced the same issue. While the company was helpful the first time I reached out for support, they failed to assist the second time. In fact they even stopped responding to avoid taking responsibility. Disappointing experience overall. Save your money and consider a more reliable alternative.

Speedy delivery, works perfectly

Good product for dispenser water. The output water should be a little more. The input pipe is thicker but the output pipe is too thin. Works good. Automatically stop when water finishes. Used it for ine day as of now. Lets see how it continues

Require to know how to fix the pipes and make sure the power (the black socket it’s comes with it ) not overheating!!

Works very well, my husband is very satisfied with it. We are on well water so he wanted to hook up our new refrigerator to bottled water. He set it up in the basement, drilled hole in floor and fed hose up thru floor. It works great at pumping the water up.

Tengo 2 meses con el sin falla alguna, el motor hace un ruido normal, no hay que dejar se termine el agua para cambiarlo (no enciende y piensas que ya descompuso ) el sensor debe estar cubierto como a 15 cm de agua. Me gusto.

This works great from bottled water to ice and water to my refrigerator. Easy setup and worked within minutes, but it is a bit noisy.

The 1st unit worked for about 3 weeks; It worked and was loud when it did. Then the noise changed and was quieter, continued to run,never stopped and no longer pumped. Unplugged the power supply and contacted seller. They required a video and they sent another unit. The new unit is quiet and does not pump right out of the box. I'm trying to write this in hopes of a refund. Problem is the option for a return and refund is not on the site. What can I do?,, Screwed out of the purchase at this point.
