I should begin by saying that I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist. I am a mom.Sometimes you just need to read for yourself and assess a situation honestly. Sometimes a single BIG lie that hurts everyone around you uncovers a more serious problem like narcissism or sociopathy. Sometimes itโs just a lie with huge ripple effects and it sucks! This book, if read honestly, can provide insights and help determine the next steps in handling situations and people. But in no way, having read through this book am I a professional.
