Why doesn’t my kit have the number of pieces on the front of box?

During the Pandemic, supply was low in United States. The Lego Factory in Mexico, which supplies all of United States, was shut down for a long period of time. Lego had to reallocate supply from different parts of the world to meet the demands. The only country in the world that requires a piece count on the box is United States. European/Asian produced sets do not have any information on the box other than the Set number.
