PURCHASED THIS REFILL AND AFTER A WEEK THE INK GOT DRIED OUT SO QUICKLY. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. HAD TO THROW IT!!

Genuine product but this refill does not fit the Cross Solo, unfortunately. Thought it would as the pen documentation states that requires a selectip refill but the refill is too narrow for the Solo so that the nib does not stay in position. Otherwise, if this is the model you require it is a good price and genuine product.

Edit Sept 27 2019: The refill lasted me a full 11 months, I paid $9 for the refill in 2018 and now the price is up to nearly $12. I’m still buying another one though, since the pen is well worth it. Original review October 2018: My Cross pen is the most amazing pen I've ever used. I have the slim one. These refills are a great price and last a long time. To be honest, I was on a trip to Barbados and I felt a mystical presence, looking over my shoulder I saw a cat. I followed the cat down a pathway and then I spotted something shiny up ahead on the path. I felt like something amazing was going to happen, and thought "wouldn't that be cool if it was the best pen I've ever owned." Well guess what. It was the best pen I've ever owned, sitting on the path ahead, at a budget hotel in Barbados. Nobody was around. There wasn't anyone I could report it to. I think it was God giving me the gift of a Cross pen. The cat winked at me and hopped into the bushes. I've been using the pen for 4 months. My life has changed.
