I have been using Oladole Natural Vitamin D3 50,000 IU for about 12 months now. I take these easy to swallow tablets once a week regularly, which is very convenient. I ordered Oladole Natural Vitamin D3 50,000 IU for my mother. Happy that I've selected the right product for her. It is 50,000 potency compared to the earlier medicine which was only 10,000 so she had to take daily. This is higher dose, so she can only take once in a week. Vitamin D boosts your bone health system and reduces the risk of hear attacks. Direct exposure to sun is major source of vitamin D, however she is old, normally on bed, and due to Covid not going out from home, so this supplement is good way of boosting her vitamin D. It is light on digestion and works much better when taken along with a proper full meal.

I went from being VERY deficient to optimal levels. Now i take 2 pills daily as maintenance. You'd be surprised what a vit D deficiency does to your system.
