Great simple, healthy recipes and easy to follow.
Great recipes! Simple to make, tasty and healthy. Just what I was looking for. A couple of the recipes I have had to add extra spice or seasoning or herbs, but I tend to do that anyway with most recipes.So I'm planning my meals around this book now. And I didn't have anywhere to start with the Mediterranean diet so this has made it easy for me. As a bonus, I've lost 1.2kg in a week and a half on this diet so I really can't complain.I took off one star because I'm disappointed it didn't have any photos of the meals. Nutrition information would be useful too.
