Celestial Seasonings Herbal Tea, Honey Vanilla Chamomile, 20 Count (Pack of 6)

I'm diabetic. Which means orange juice is a BAD IDEA for me because it contains so much sugar. But I still need to get some vitamin C in my diet. Well, this is made from oranges and tangerines, and some other stuff, so it TASTES very orangey and it is a great source of Vitamin C. But if you make the tea without adding anything to it, it has ZERO CARBS which means no sugar. So as a diabetic, I heartily recommend this as a replacement for OJ in the morning. But even if you're not diabetic and you don't care about a few extra carbs, it's just good tea. If you want that orange-citrus kind of flavor, but you want it as a hot drink - this is it. And you can even add some honey (maybe also throw in a green tea bag, too) and a bit of mint to help a sore throat. Or soak a cinnamon stick in the tea while it brews to give it a bit of extra zing. Feel free to get creative. Like I said, it's just good orange-flavored tea.

I'm someone who prefers a sweet tea, but I find that this tea has a good enough flavor even if I don't sweeten it with extra honey. I mostly drink chamomile for the relaxation and calming benefits due to chronic anxiety and stomach issues. I like that this chamomile has the honey and vanilla notes to it as well, which is a tasty variety. It's a little less floral and more flavorful than the standard chamomile tea and I enjoy that. It's a delicious and healthy tea to wind down with at the end of the night.
