Has anyone else applied this product to the hair and was left with a sticky and unmanageable mess? This is used on my natural curls. So disappointed.

A little bit goes a long way with Innersense products. To get the best results, put a dime to nickel size amount in the palm of your hand. Add a touch of water, and rub vigorously between your palms. Apply to soaking wet hair, and scrunch it in from the bottom up.

Why is the packaging different every time I order? The product inside does not smell the same as before. It is as if someone opened and replaced it.
