this is an amazing roller that really gets into the muscle and a great option for people who no longer feel pain on a flat roller and are ready to move up to something stronger.

Awesome roller
This is my second product from Rumble Roller and once again great quality product. This works awesome for calf muscles and basically everything. Be careful on the amount of pressure you do use - especially if you bruise very easily - or it's gonna look like someone beat you all over your legs.

SUPER. Versatile.
Green extra firm. Gives a nice general massage with light to medium pressure or can be used to attack problem fascia with bodyweight or a partner. Can roll and scrub (side to side) With stands it rests on the floor or against a wall. Stability is of course limited unless you screw it down. Nice for feet and hands. Tougher on hamstring fascia than black xtra firm rumbleroller, which is what I wanted. Place behind upper leg lay on back and pull toward you with handles while pushing into the bar with leg. PT inventor Kelly Starrett says healthy tissue does not hurt under pressure and our skin should be loose and free like a shar pei.
