Great way to teach kids manners, gifted it to my niece for her birthday and she loved it. More than that my sister loved it as she can now teach manners in a better way. Product quality is good and worth it. Highly recommended.

For reference: I obtained this game specifically for a child who has a low IQ and struggles with managing anger levels; goes from 0-10, hardly in between. This child's counselor plays EI type games with children; so when I saw this as a lightening deal, I decided to try it. Upon opening the game, I found there were no instructions. Initially, I found this frustrating; but after checking it out, it's fairly self explanatory. There is a video by seller in the Amazon product description that explains how to use the products included. The anger roots, anger roadmap, & anger thermometer accentuate the objective rather than being a part of game playing. They provide visuals and interaction to help understand anger, effects of being angry, and communication/expression skills. As simple as the thermometer is, the child enjoys it and it has helped to communicate anger levels. I like that there are 5 color coded card categories of calming skills. The variety of calming skills within each category are helpful & enjoyable. A few of the game cards require items not included such as: paper & pencil, balloon, finger paints, shoe laces, lemonade, empty box, pillow. If these items are not readily available, I've found that pretending provides the desired result. The game format & bright colors are enjoyable for children. This is not a game that fulfills a sense of instant gratification such as a competitive game would; rather, the overall experience of having fun learning & incorporating calming skills is the objective. After having played this with other adults involved, I feel that I should add that achieving the desired result requires patients from adults. This is subjective; so some may find this game enjoyable, but others may think it takes too long to finish. It helps keeping in mind that the benefit to the child by seeing an adult showing the example of the desired outcome makes the experience enjoyable for both child & adult. Overall, this product provides a wide range of various coping techniques. The game format makes learning these techniques fun, capturing the child's interest.

Nice concepts and interesting way to keep kids engaged and yet learn about things they do right and wrong. Also see Mumma papa gets punished for wrong things which they never do. My 5yr old enjoys playing this a lot. Quality of product is also good.

Iโm an LCSW who works with children. This game is just alright. Some of the yoga cards are not trauma informed so I just took those cards out of the equation all together. I do like other aspects of this game such as realistic and easy to do anywhere regulation activities.
