what do you use to string them with?

I have an Amazon so I don't string these. I just give them to her and she holds them and shreds them. She loves them. They last a lot longer than the kabob's.

what are the size of these?

They're pretty large. As bout the size of a 20 oz soda bottle bottom. I break them in 2's or 3's to make them last longer.

Would it be easy to make a hole in these to use as toy parts? Would you need a drill or can i do it with a bird kabob stick?

The chips are a little smaller than some of the others but they are fairly "soft" and airy. The birds shred the insides fairly easily and leave the rim. Punching a hole in them and the rim may only require a large nail and a good whack with a hammer. A drill might shred the softer area.

Where is this product made? (the bird kabob yucca parrot chips)

I believe that Yucca comes from the American Southwest deserts. The last I heard they were getting kind of rare, and we didn't see the whole yucca branches at the bird fairs for 4 or more years, but Amazon still had the parrot chips. Our birds cycle through their favorite chew toys, and they enjoy the yucca chips. I do not know who is processing the yucca plants, but, since I'm an environmentalist, I will try to find out the status of this wonderful cactus. If it is becoming endangered, I will stop buying them even though my birds enjoy them. After all, parrots will chew on anything that can't fight back!
