I'd say one size fits all as it's made to stretch Not had a problem with it I'd buy again if ever i need 1.

They are very stretchy but depends how tight you want it and how big is your head

Don’t have VR but do ware it under cycle helmet it’s quite thin but dose keep my head warm.
