I wish I had taken before/after photos. I’m 47 and have ok lashes. I’ve been using this now for about 6 or 7 weeks and just started on a second bottle. I started noticing a difference between 3-4 weeks and now they are SO LONG! I feel like I’m brushing these things with a hairbrush when I put mascara on now, I don’t have that “dead” look when I wake up. I haven’t told anyone I’m using it as I wanted to see if the difference was noticeable, and my circle of people are noticing it! I just apply it after I wash my face before bed. I haven’t had any issues with irritation and it dries very quickly. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this serum for the past 18months or so and have definitely noticed sustained and noticeable results! I have naturally very short, straight Asian lashes- and under monolid eyes they look even shorter and straighter from the weight of the lid. They were so short that I literally had a (admittedly clueless) friend ask me if I even had eyelashes when I was younger. Ouch. I use this serum twice a day everyday, and I’ve sustained longer lashes with a surprising curl to them! Enough that my mom and optometrist both separately noticed how long they’ve gotten over the last year or two! I was worried it would “lose its effect” if I didn’t switch up the formulas but my 6 month supply still has some in the tube about 1.5 years later and they’ve stayed long and curled much to my delight! I don’t look like I have falsies on or anything dramatic, but for my super stubby lashes, I look like I have full normal lashes now! I’m super happy with the results, and with some mascara, they’re very noticeable! But the photos I included are bare lashes. I don’t have any before photos, but I included a photo of someone else’s lashes which are basically how straight and short mine were. Except mine were honestly shorter and sparser than the photo. Im also a contacts wearer and I’ve never had an issue with the formula in terms of bothering my eyes or eyelids- that said, if you layer it with an eye cream it might burn a little? But that could be the formulas interacting badly, I just make sure my eye cream is absorbed and dry before I put the lash serum on and I’ve never had issues. I apply it in the morning when I’m getting ready for the day, let it dry, then put on my makeup like normal, and at night at the end of my skincare once my skincare is dry.

I know it could be placebo effect. But I’m l aware of that trap and try to avoid falling into it. With that being said, I have seen a true difference in my eye lash length when I do and don’t use this. I got my first bottle of this in December of 2022. Then I promptly went through a divorce, so no more buying this expensive stuff. Remarried, finally started buying this again. In that time, I saw my eye lashes grow when I used it, revert back to normal after a few months of no longer using it. Then come back after a month of CONSISTENT use. For me, this has to be routine. Applying it twice a week will not give me results. I have to use it nightly. It’s easy to apply and non greasy. But dear goodness, do not get it in your eye. Nothing that bad happens. But it does burn like crazy. The bottle may seem small, but you don’t need a lot! So it lasts a long time! I was nervous to buy this because of the price, but I have seen it work and wouldn’t try a cheaper version now, personally!

I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price. First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn't burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it's surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent). Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient). The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I'm giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer. Hope this helps!

Great product! It works very similar to Latisse as far as how it works. Once you stop using the lashes stops growing as well. It is much cheaper than Latisse and quite similar effect hence I do recommend it if you are not into getting lashes extensions. It does itch a little bit but so does all the other similar products. I have purchased 3 units so far and they do last for me as you do not need to wear it daily. I do 2 to 3 times a week the most and the effect is noticeable. In fact it is a waste to do it more often as it can only do so much in short intervals. This is not a weed grower! Lol

I swear this little bottle will last you way longer than it says! Use this so lightly especially at first and invest in good eye brighting drops like lumify (my personal fav!). It will irritate your eyes but it is so worth it. Even the littlest bit is so powerful. My eyelashes had been falling out in patches. At my worst I couldn’t even curl them or wear mascara for A YEAR! The eye in this picture was missing 85% of my natural lashes before I started. This fixed them in like a month. I’ve had the same bottle since February (it’s early June) and I bought another incase I run out but haven’t even opened it yet. I get compliments on my long lashes all the time, which is so shocking to me considering where I was when I started this. I try not to use it everyday now as it makes my eyes sooo red (use the eyedrops), but even 2 times a week so far seems to help keep the progress intact.

Bought the travel size just to try it out. I use it during the day so that there’s minimal transfer to my under eye, since the ingredients in most lash serums can give you “sunken eye”. Anyways, it’s easy to use, non-greasy, and I can already see a difference in my lash growth and it’s only been a month since I’ve been using it. Side note: I only use this about 3 times a week. Definitely don’t get it in your eyes though cause it burns 😭. Lastly, I get lash extensions pretty consistently and I haven’t had any retention/fall-out issues at all when using this product.

In the past, I’ve spent good money and spent many many months on the natural eyelash serums, with zero results. My eyelashes are extremely short, and have gotten worse with perimenopause and stress. I’ve been hesitant to try growth serums with proglastins because of reviews of irritation, eye color changing, and other problems. My eyelashes were getting so short and gappy, I bit the bullet and tried it. OMG, in just 1 month, I have significant growth, and my eyelash gaps are filling in. If I apply too thick and it gets in my eyes, it stings for a few seconds. Occasionally, in the earlier weeks, I had a few days of red eyes, so I gave it a day or two break to recover. Being more careful with not over applying and not getting it into my eyes has helped. I’m SO excited about the growth that I’ve gotten in just 6 weeks. The irritation was never too uncomfortable, and the results are real. (Pic attached has no mascara. Bottom image was before. Top image is at 6 weeks). Worth trying!
