Speaker not Mic
I was excited about this but sadly the mic sound quality is very poor and I keep shouting for other to hear me. As a headset thought it is fine, I can hear people very clearly.. but I need both so will look for another product

The person at the other end can hardly hear me....

Poor mic with clear speaker
I can hear all conversations clearly and well including on cisco jaber. Using the additional ear plug reduces outside disturbance to a minimum. The mic is problematic as people I am talking to always complain they can't hear me properly.

Moderate quality for this price.
Generally it is worth of the price. However not perfect comfortable. Battery life not knowing, it needs some days of regular use to judge the battery's quality. One thing not good is the package arriving without the "Carrying case", it is listed in the advertisement of the headset.

Almost great, except....
I bought this along with a similar earpiece from Amazon, the Jinreoo model, to compare the features and quality. It was admittedly a tough choice since each had features I appreciated. This one had slightly better specs, and simple button controls that I liked -- obvious on/off switch (it's the little things, right?) and nice soft touch multi function button. It also has the capability of pairing with 2 phones simultaneously -- not that I needed that, but may be useful for some? It's noise-cancelling mic seemed very good too. But the bottom line is that I felt the speaker distorted too much -- for voice as well as music, even at only 50% volume. So for that reason I decided to keep the Jinreoo instead. I only wish that the latter's features were as appealing as this New Bee model, but I guess you can't have it all, esp in a moderately priced model. :-/

Great Sound, Comfortable Earpiece!
I love this! I got the white with silver accent.. I love the color. For the price, it's hard to beat. I charged it, synced it EASILY, and was up and running just a few hours after receiving it. I've always been a loyalist to Plantronics, but realized I have to replace those frequently - often annually - as they start to hold a charge for less and less time. This one has great sound - super clear! I switched out the silicone earbud, as the noise cancelling option was too much - I prefer to hear SOME of what's going on around me. And I'm used to the comfort of my other ear bud. It fits wonderfully. I don't use the over the ear attachment, but it was great that it came with spares parts AND a super little zip up box in which I can store everything. Super comfortable. Great value!

Convenient
The thing works great and all you need is for the one ear. But it tends to fall out and I've tried to use the hick on it but the little thing that you're supposed to attach the hook that goes behind your ear doesn't really seem to stay put so I've had it fall out a couple of times. Which is super annoying needs a better fit for the ear. Overall I will give it B plus
