Sorry, but I have no idea what Gcmaf is, so can't answer your question; Colostrum is a natural product coming from the first milk of a cow that has just calved, filled with all that's needed by the calf's system to survive in it's new world; from what I understand, bovine colostrum is nearly identical to human colostrum.
