Good Product, Recommended!
This Product works well. Make sure to drink at least 500ml of water with the tablet(s). Personal experience note: For people who are suffering from chronic migraines or headaches. After I have tried different Psyllium Husk brands, I have noticed that Psyllium Husk can Trigger a migraine or a headache. This is for your information only and at the end of the day this will vary from a person to person. However, the effect of Psyllium Husk on the bowel is great considering drinking plenty of water.

If you are doing a low or very carb diet you must not skip fiber from your diet. I made the same mistake and it caused me health problems when I did keto. This product is best for lazy people just like me because it is quick and easy to take.
