What country is this made from?

I just checked the package, and there is no information on the country of manufacture. Sorry.

Are the tops flat or slanted?

If you are talking about the grab knobs, the tops on mine are flat. If your talking about the rest of the body, mine are slanted, but not as much as they make them look in the pictures.

Would these be too small to stay put in the larger gallon and half gallon Ball jars?

I have used these artcome glas lids on 16, 32 and 64 oz ball jars. They work for me. They have a pretty good weight, and they weigh down most of it (submerged). I also use airlocks, and special lids. And with airlocks you don't have to burp your fermenting sauerkraut or vegetables at all. I also use a leaf from cabbage cut to size of the jar (not to the size of the wide mouth jar opening, but to the size of the jar neck before it curves). Press it down with a clean wooden spoon on the sides, and everything will stay submerged. Insert artcome glass lid, and you are good to go. Tip: Never use regular table salt for fermentation as it is processed and will disturb fermentation. Instead use pink salt or pickling salt. Good luck!

Hi, are the Glass Fermentation weights, slicone tongs and mason jar brush dishwasher safe?

The glass fermentation weights can be put in the dishwasher, but you need to put it firmly. Slicone tongs and mason jar brush cannot be placed in the dishwasher.
