Is this spray similar/the same as the quick clean wipes? Could it be used to clean pump parts when you don't have water easily available?

The Quick Clean Breast Pump & Accessory Sanitizer Spray differs from the Quick Clean Wipes. The Sanitizer does not replace regular cleaning and sanitizing guidelines for your breast pump and parts, and should be used as an additional preventative measure. The Quick Clean wipes can be used after each use if you do not have soap and water. These can take the place of soap and water between uses, but the parts should still be washed in soap and water at the end of the day. How does it work? do i still take the pump apart? and after i pump there’s always milk droplets every where on it
