As described. Very solidly built. Very simple install onto a high traffic commercial door. I believe the business uses this hook during peak hours to keep the door constantly open. I recommend.

Bought these for our bathroom sliding barn door. They work great to keep the dogs out while not in use and to keep people out while in use. Easy to install and are nice and sturdy and look good. I would recommend.

Works as it should but already starting to rust

I needed to make a slight adjustment after installing since hook was a little tight in the eye. So, I took my trusty single cut mill bastard file and whaled away for a lot longer than I thought it would take. It finally occurred to me that I was dealing with a REAL tool-grade piece of steel. The manufacturer advertises it as being made of stainless steel but there are all grades and types of stainless steel out there. This tool steel is VERY tough and will not wear easily. I strongly recommend it.
