Good Active Ingredients, Unimpressive Inactive Ingredients
I bought this because of it's unique active ingredient combo, 5% Ammonium Lactate & 1.25% Pyrithione Zinc. I have a chronic rash/eczema on my face and I'm always desperate to find products that keep it at bay. I don't like that this has fragrance because it seems like an unnecessary ingredient that may cause skin irritation. I also don't like that this has almond oil, so people with nut sensitivities can't use it. Although I have yet to see if it works long term, relief was not immediate when I used it for the first time.

Alise's Maintenance cream doesn't control seb derm well
The regular Noble Formula cream is amazing, it pretty much totally fixed my seb derm. However, Alise's maintenance cream is not working out for me. Maybe the ZnP concentration is too low for me. I thought it would be enough given that my seb derm has been well controlled by NF for years, but not really. It sort of helps, but the skin around my nose is constantly itchy and feels weird, seb derm barely controlled. I gave it a few months, hoping my skin would adjust, but I need to go back to NF. The only downside of NF is that it doesn't smell great, especially after a few months, but it's a price I have to pay. I'm also not a fan of how thick and hard to spread Alise's is. But this three star rating is for Alise's maintenance only. The regular NF gets 5 stars from me, despite the smell, since it's pretty much the only thing that works.
