Is proline lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria) same thing as l-proline amino acid?

No; some probiotics – notably Lactobacillus casei – make enzymes that help digest casein peptides made primarily of proline called ‘proline-specific proteases’. Proline is also a major constituent of collagen, as well as of casein. The enzymes help to break down casein polypeptides into free form or (minimally) peptide-bound l-proline chains containing only 2-3 proline molecules, which can pass our gut barrier as properly digested proteins. So it refers to the probiotic organisms producing casein-digestive enzymes to help digest the casein in milk products, which is typically the most difficult and time-consuming milk protein to digest.

what exactly are the ingredients on the label other than Proline?
