Weird. I am so glad I got this before reading reviews. Now that I have it and have been using it, I will address a few things that others said. I do wonder if it pertains to the style they chose. I am reviewing the 1.2 cubic feet option. Mine happens to be perfect. I shopped around for a safe. Lots to choose from, and this one was mid range in price of what I was looking for (even better if they still have a coupon). I have a small safe for daily use, and I wanted a slightly larger one I could tuck away that would be large enough to store paper work. I dont need it to be super heavy, as I am not all that concerned with someone just taking it. I am more interested in the fireproof, waterproof aspect. Now, I cant attest to that being true of this, but I can say that there are NO HOLES that lead to the interior. The holes that are in this are for MOUNTING in wall, if you so desire (I dont- mine will sit on floor). Comes with mounting screws, etc. But no, they do not breach the actual safe portion. Yeesh. Good size, heavy but not too heavy. As described in the description, it comes in around 24 lbs. Obviously if you need something that someone can't walk off with, then spend a few hundred dollars more to get a heavy one. Or hide this well. Set up is easy. I am not a fan of figuring stuff out, so I am pleased that the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Basically use the key to open it. Then put 4 (AA) batteries (not included) in the battery compartment. Then decide on a code, press it in, hit # to set. Close up, and try it out. Be sure to keep keys and instructs OUTSIDE of the safe. Keep them somewhere you will remember to find them if need be. They key is needed in emergency, or if you forgot the code, etc. Comes with TWO keys, so an extra one (thank you). ALSO comes with a zippered pouch, which I assume is fire resistant Two shelves All in all, I am pleased. No dents, dings, or other cosmetic issues. All good. 4.5/5 stars because it meets my expectations. Will update if I experience anything else worth sharing.

Overall, really happy with the safe every time a friend by the house I think it’s safe is a great housewarming gift. I purchase this one specifically because it had pre-drilled holes and hardware to attach it to either a wall or floor. very nice it has emergency keys and the customer service was awesome. I was having issues setting the code for my friend and they helped very quickly. The safe comes with the removal shelf. And all the hardware you need to attach it to the floor or wall

Ordered this product to replace a safe deposit box at a local bank. Was looking for something that was fireproofed and affordable. This Kacsoo 1.2 Fireproof met my needs perfectly. This box is well constructed, sturdy and has a easy locking system accessed by either a electronic code or key. Great value for the price. Delivery expediently and well packaged. Good follow by seller advising of their customers service availability if I had any problems. I highly recommend this product.

On a positive note, I received the Safe Box last evening and it was delivered quickly and packaged very well. It's a nice size for me to store my important documents. I cannot vouch for it being water resistant so I will only give it 3 stars, even if it deserves 5 stars. I was been able to set it up and it seems to be working. I would give it a 5 stars in value, but have found that it is scratched up pretty badly and was probably returned to your company because of that. If it wasn't so heavy, I would probably pack it up and send it back to you and request one that wasn't so scratched. It looks like someone tried to cover the scratches or buff it out, which did not work.

I'll start off by saying that I bought not really to secure super-expensive valuables, but rather to keep certain people under the age of 18 out of things they don't need to be messing with. If I have something intensely valuable, it's most likely going into a safe at a bank. While I trust a bank safe to be "fireproof" and "anty drill" (whatever that means), this safe definitely doesn't do those things. A lot of the marketing points for this device are pretty off-base. The "reinforced steel construction" might apply to the door, but the rest of the safe feels like 'meh' painted steel. It's not completely flimsy sheet metal but it definitely isn't thick enough to inspire confidence. For this reason alone I am led to believe that should my house truly burn down or flood that I don't expect contents of this safe to fare well. Could someone with a drill or a power tool get into this thing? Yeah, probably without too much effort. Maybe the lock is "anty drill" but it really doesn't matter. Not sure why someone would drill the lock when the could easily slice the sides open with an angle grinder. Of course as I mentioned before, I'm not using this to store valuables. I'm using it as a deterrent to keep certain individuals out of things they should not be getting into. For this reason I am giving it a 3 star review since it does that job just fine. Can't give it much more than that, though, because their marketing is very VERY misleading on a lot of points.

Was a little concerned when we purchased this safe that it might be to small. I was very pleased with the size of the safe when it arrived. It was able to fit our important documents as well as some other valuables with room to spare. I wasn't worried as much about fire as I was theft, so I hope that we never have to put the fire rating to the test. I am very happy with the product and ease of use.

First and foremost, the sizing in the listing wasn't accurate at all. Second, it's clearly neither water proof nor fire proof, as there are actual holes in the side of the thing. Not sturdy, not heavy, not secure. Also arrived extremely dirty. Total waste of time. 0 stars.
