Quality, service and cost. All good.
This particular product was difficult to gind, but this vendor had and expedited quickly. Good quality, good price and it matched my existing ceiling tile!

One tile is $90.00
I nearly lost it. I thought I would be getting at least 20 tiles. No - it was a box of one tile. Thank goodness it can be returned.

Tiles were the exact match for what I needed to repair some water damage. The order arrived with some damage but customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Would definitely order from them again!

Good cheap tile from 80s.
These are no doubt wood fiber not styro foam. I repeat not styro foam. They are very slight texture. White. 12x12 inch tile. With tounge and grove. May match really old tile from 80s. Mine came in in good shape. Good white color. Do not get wet. They will show water stains just like the old 80 s ones.

Easy to install
The tile were perfect and were very easy to install.

Only one!
The product is fine I guess but it is very difficult in all the offers to know how many you get in a box! I relied on a reply to the question - how many do I get for $16? and the answer was 32 tiles. I only got one tile and I returned it. That's an outrageous price for one square foot.

I was hoping for a better quality tile.
Ceiling tiles more like paper, than a tile. Corners arrived damaged from shipping. Tiles are soft and difficult to slide into place. I do not recommend this product.
