Everything was as described and worked superbly! Fantastic design. Came with the usb to usb end wire which is greatttt. Also gave constant cool air flow! It's perfect for gaming on a laptop as well , I went on for hrs and the temperature was normal at most which just shows how good this is .... obviously results vary from one laptop to another but I'd recommend this blindly.

Its a decent product it won't cool ur by like 10 degrees or anything but it does the job it acts like a laptop stand aswell which is pretty useful and the thermals r decent on power 6 it cools 5 degrees. I play a lot of games and my laptop doesn't have good cooling so its pretty good. Recommend to buy it.

Expected the fan blades to turn faster as the fan speed can be adjusted but it’s okay. It was also able to cool my laptop for about 10°C less.

Didnt expect the package would be this great. They even left a note for me which I highly appreciate. This is a must buy product, especially for gaming laptops. It really helps your laptop in cooling to avoid overheating.

Every laptop should come with one of theses, besides being a stand the fans keep it cool. i saw an improvement of about 5 to 8 degrees. The price is good as well.

It's very effective when you have cool surroundings. If you have a hot surrounding it won't do a lot (max 3 to 5 degrees) with a cool surrounding it cooled as far as 10 degrees which is a lot and especially if you are gaming this will be helpful, why you ask? Before using this cooler I would get 24 to 30 frames per second at the lowest settings in a game but while using this cooler my GPU and CPU would never thermal throttle allowing me to play at high 60fps. Summary: If you are a gamer and your laptop thermal throttles buy this but make sure you have a cool surrounding, As for normal day to day use and business/ultrabooks, this is average.

Fake Chinese rip of from Star I I know this because I bought the original one from havoc(Star I) and wanted to buy another one for my house. The box is not the same as in the picture, there is not brand at all either on the box or the pad itself only words are ice coorel, they even misspelled cooler. item came used, some pieces in the back broken and poor poor quality. Really wish amazon.ae would check the quality or boxes to make sure item is as described because it is most certainly not.
