Berne Men's Heritage Duck Hooded Active Work Jacket

I love this coat! It fits well, is incredibly warm and sturdy, and the hood really keeps the head and neck warm. I'm 6'5" and 220, and the extra large tall fits just right.

I’m 6’4, 195lbs with long arms and I went with the XL Tall. I’m very glad that I did, because there’s enough room to layer with a hoodie and still be able to move freely. Pro tip: if you have long arms, go one size larger than your shirt size AND GET THE TALL! The jacket is plenty warm, and is every bit the quality of Dickies/Carhartt at a fraction the cost! I love the inner pockets, not crazy about the outer pockets. I feel like stuff will fall out of the inner pockets, but that’s a minor concern. I can live with it. NOW FOR WHAT I HATE: The jacket showed up to my house in a single clear bag that wasn’t even sealed. It had one piece of tape closing the bag. The Amazon conveyor belt could have easily ripped the bag off. When I got the coat, an arm was hanging out the opening. Do better with your packaging, or at least fully close the bag! With that said, the jacket arrived in mostly new condition, and is a good value for the money. I’d buy it again if they fixed the packaging.

My husband is working outside a lot this winter with his job, and New England winters tend to get pretty cold. Between this jacket and his thermals, he hasn’t complained once about the cold since he got it, which is exactly what I got it for. The material is sturdy and perfect for the work he does. He says the fit is comfortably loose and leaves him room to move freely, but isn’t so baggy that it gets in the way. I ended up choosing Berne over Carhartt primarily because of the price, and secondarily because of the number of positive reviews. Coincidentally, my father also has a Berne work jacket and couldn’t recommend the brand enough. He’s been impressed with the quality and warmth and how well it’s held up over the last several years. We will be buying Berne outerwear from now on!

Solid, warm, attractive, well made. Fits snug but expansive at the wrist and hips. The hood holds well. I got this as a straight winter work coat. It doesn't have a waist cinch if that's important to you. The hip band could be a bit tighter, but block well. Recommended.

This coat fits true to size. I ordered a large tall and it fit our son who is 6'1" 190 lbs. He loves it. This material quality is very good, style for length great, He works out side and he said it is comfortable, keeps him warm, and not heavy.

Fit is great for moving around digging or woodworking or dog walking. Nice large hood if u like to wear a knit hat. Durable material with a smooth nylon type material so you can slide you arms through. Hard to beat price…. Tractor Supply sells them locally
