No bad feelings
Review of Keto IV Electrolyte Drops + High Potassium | No Leak Dropper Bottle I'm doing intermittent fasting / keto diet and this is the only thing I've used that actually takes the keto "flu" feelings away. It tastes just a little funky/minerally, just mix it into something to mask it. I've had no problems with the dropper.

Good Electrolytes for my RO Water.
I drink RO water, so minerals need to be added. I've tried 6 different electrolytes, and I've gotten the most benefit from these. Just 10 drops per 10 oz water will produce the smoothest, sweetest water. My body prefers extra potassium over the usual. Depends on your individual needs. Lasts a long time.

Dropper broken, but the flavor is fine. Coming from an active individual.
Alright, so im writing this review as a avid fitness enthusiast and as a nutritionist. Lets focus on potassium: You need at least 3,500mg of potassium a day. If you are sweating/working you muscles heavily, you actually need more... Getting potassium through diet, well, lets say it is difficult, especially if you are on a calorie deficit or lower carbohydrates). Anywho... working out in the morning, I seek am electrolyte mix (heavy on potassium) that I can take without all the sweeteners. You will notice many sports drinks are loaded with chemicals and sweeteners that create bloat (small histamine boost that can make people itchy)- but furthermore only have 75mg potassium. You can take a pill/capsule instead, but your body cant utilize it fast enough, so instead you create expensive urine. Instead, I like this product... thumbs down for shotty packaging (dropper doesnt work), but a plus for the composition. I put it in my water bottle (2 tsp for a 32 oz cold water) at the beginning of my workout, sipping through the first hour, and poof! I know i have significant potassium until lunchtime to feed my muscles, prevent fatigue and help in recovery. The flavor? well, yeah. Something mineral based without flavoring, is not going to be lip-smakcing tasty. But when im working out, im burning a sweat, and I can barely taste it slugging it between bursts. Reminds me of the aftertaste of some collagen powders. Just drink it, and more on so you can fuel your body. But honestly- the company needs to fix the packaging!!!!

Helped me get rid of Keto aches and pains
Switched to a Keto diet recently and really struggled with keto flu and aches and pains more than the last time I went keto so I thought I’d try this. I found putting a little lime juice in with the drops and water made a perfectly refreshing drink that seemed to help the aches and pains decrease. Also enjoyed mixing in some fresh ginger from time to time. My nutritionist wasn’t happy about me starting a potassium supplement without talking to her, first. But, we ran a nutrition panel and my potassium levels were fine with the supplement included. You should probably talk to your doctor first before starting if you have heart issues, it sounds like.

No dropper on bottle.
Seems ok, but doesn’t come with a dropper. How am I supposed to measure this?

East to use, no mess and works great!
I've tried other electrolyte products and this one is great. It's already a liquid so no major mixing and dissolving is required. There's a very faint taste, but mixed in an iced tea or flavored seltzer, it isn't even noticeable.

Defective dropper
I used to love this product and usually add it into my coffee. However second month in the row I’m receiving it and the dropper is defective and doesn’t work. In order to add the product into anything I literally have to pour it in from the bottle and 90% of the time I end up adding too much which makes my coffee taste extremely salty and gross. Won’t be buying again.
