Projector Mount Wall or Ceiling Projection Mount Bracket with Adjustable Height and Extendable Arms Mounts for Home and Office Projector

This is a versatile projector ceiling hanger. You can mount it directly to the ceiling, or use the extension pole to hang it lower. I used the pole to clear a ceiling fan. The pole is adjustable from roughly 16 to 26 inches. It has a universal mount for the projector. It was very easy to install. The listing suggests running the wires through the inside of the mount pole. This would work for an HDMI or audio cable, but the power cord that my projector uses, which is a standard computer plug does not quite fit. That’s fine though because it can be tied to the mount. This is definitely a 5 star mount, and at a great price too.

Good versatile product, a couple of screws missing

you own a projector. It was easy to install, feels sturdy, and holds the projector securely. The adjustments made it easy to line everything up correctly. Great value for the price and works exactly as expected.

This is your basic Chinese projector mount. I bought it to hang an Epson 3800 projector to a wall. The projector weighs about 15 pounds, so I needed something sturdy. The mount is constructed with lightweight steel. It is strong enough to hold the weight, but... The "spider" that connects to the projector is a bit too lightweight, so the projector will bounce or wiggle if you touch it, and it takes awhile for the vibrations to dampen. No problem if you don't touch the projector... The other issue I have is, due to other considerations, I had to mount the projector off-axis about 16". The projector has lens-shifting capabilities (both vertical and horizontal) so I was able to get the image on the screen with only a very slight distortion and I didn't need to use keystone correction. My complaint is that the arm does not get any shorter than about 12". That left about 4" between the side of the projector and the wall, and this is after mounting the spider as offset as I could. If the arm was shorter, it would have required less lens shift and probably no distortion. Alas, I could not find any other mounts with shorter arms that would work, so I got this one. Is it the best solution? Probably not, but it will work.

Very cheap, flimsy mount. The instructions that come with it are very basic, but does point out that the included hardware should only be used to mount it to concrete. what?? concrete ceiling?? Need to buy another $20 of hardware to make it useful in a home setting where you are mounting it to drywall or wood studs. They include 4 long arms, but only 2 short arms. Guess the extra tiny stamped metal pieces would have cost them an extra 2¢ and because of this I can only reach 2 out of 3 screw holes on the projector. The included M4 screws it comes with are way too long, so I had to buy replacements for these also. After getting everything together and actually mounting a tiny 4lb projector, it does not lock into place well, and is very hard to adjust. I would not trust it with much more weight than this. It's mounted now, but I'm getting tired of readjusting it constantly so the projector is square with the screen. Ugh!

Great mount. Using it with a vankyo v620 projector. The Vankyo has poor keystone correction so being able to extend the mount is essential. It is also 3 axis adjustable to point exactly where you need. Attached it to a drywall ceiling by screwing a scrap 1 in board into a joist with 4x 2.5 in drywall screws then 1 inch screws to the mount. Seems very sturdy and no issues so far.

Hangs the good ole projector with ease. I love how it can be wall or ceiling mounted, and the complete adjustability of it. Fit my Epson projector with ease. It is a bit flimsy, so if you press a button in your projector, it bounces around like crazy. But as long as you just leave it and don’t need to touch the projector, and you use your remote, it’s exactly what you’d expect. I love it.
