For the first timers!! Here's the review you were waiting for.
29 gm of Great Plant based Protein in just 33 gm of a scoop...!! You won't get it anywhere...! Only in this NakPro Soy Protein Isolate! True the taste sucks! But if you use it wisely it will taste just amazing! Here's what you can do... Take 2 tea spoons of coffee and 1 table spoon of Honey add 1 scoop NakPro Soy Protein and then add 350 ml Milk! Use hand blender to blend all and your Protein shake is ready! This is a Plant based Protein so... > It won't mix in your regular shaker! It won't mix. Use a hand blender! > Don't drink it with just water, it's not made to drink with water unless you really don't care about the taste! > Mix Honey coffee and Milk blend it and have it. > Store in an air tight container (use your old whey protein jar). > Take if for 2 months... Take a break from this protine for a month (use some other protein during this period). This is so that your body won't get used to just one type of protine. > Buy only unflavoured Soy Protein Isolate. Flavoured products never use natural flavours so stay away from added flavours. Add your natural flavours to your drink like coffee, banana, chocolate, strawberry...! Hope this helps.

Not worth buying!!
It’s a good whey protein however the dissolubility is not that great and sometime a small amount of whey protein just stick to the shaker and doesn’t come off until you use a stirrer or a big spoon to scorch it off and then shake again which takes more then usual time. Taste wise also it’s not neutral because it completely gives out soybean taste and you have to get habitual to it as I myself need to use bournvita or coffee with it just so i can consume it.i would say money wise the net quantity and the protein gram per scoop is really good but for me it is a one time purchase and I would go for the different brand next time.

So... This is a big ass pack. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING FOR ONE KILOGRAM THAN TWO KILOGRAMS. Basically, don't just rely on this for protein, you gotta get your protein from other sources as well. I recommend eggs, milk (if you can digest it), tofu (if you can't digest milk) and other vegan products (daal, beans, etc). THIS TASTES LIKE CHALK! AND IT DOESN'T REALLY DISSOLVE IN WATER OR MILK PROPERLY; having said that, I still think that this product is good. I've found that mixing it in sugarcane juice and mix fruit juice is the best approach for me. It doesn't dissolve 100% but it tastes and feels much better. It takes a day or two to get used to the texture. The price is really good and I'd dare say that it's a 5/5 product when it comes to value for money. I only take one scoop a day (coz kitna hi sugarcane juice piyunga din mein 😅), the rest of the protein I get majorly from eggs. 27 grams from this and 24-30 grams from eggs, it puts me right around the optimal amount of protein. Agar eggs Nahi khane to 2 scoops le lo din ke. And Haan, i really recommend taking this before your workout. Like 1 ghanta pehle lena. This digests slowly and kaafi time tak full rakhta hai. But iske effects maine best (apne liye) workout se pehle lene mein dekhe hai, naaki baad mein. Baad mein go for other foods, especially fast digesting foods. Agar carbs chahiye to potatoes and bread, protein chahiye then go for chicken or something. Eggs bhi chalenge btw (i don't know eggs fast digesting hai ya slow). Isse aate mein mila ke roti ke form mein kha sakte hai. It's said that that's the best way to have it. But, you do you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Awesome produxt. Value for money.
You can easily make an awesome protein shake out of this product. All you need is 300 ml plant milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 tablespoons coconut sugar, 2 drops of food grade rose milk essence, 1 or 2 bananas. Add all the ingredients to a mixer jar, add protein powder at last but one step, last step add coconut sugar. Blend it and enjoy the awesomeness. If you try this, you will never buy anyother costly vegan plant protein powder.

Failed Lab test
Don't buy, it has failed lab test on COREFITLAB youtube channel, For unflavoured nakpro is claiming 90%(in previous batches it was 90% claim), but test only found 62 gram protein per 100 gram which 31.1% lower than their claim(acceptable range is +-10%), you can arrive at "31.1%" by following calculation:- (90gm-62gm)÷90gm×100=31.1%, For taste review:- Unflavoured:- almost inedible, awful taste, very bad mixability Flavoured:- nice mixability, nice taste but too sweet, Digestiblity:- nice but bloating is a huge problem, 2 scoop= sure shot bloating for most of humans If you already have unflavoured nakpro spi then just mix some scoops flavoured whey protein spi then it will be edible and mixability will be increased, From this point, I will never buy nakpro's any product, I still have 3 kg of nakpro spi and I will consume and never buy it again as their claims are fake which means protein to money ratio is now distorted, not worth buying anymore.

Protein
Tastewise it may not be good for all because it is not made from milk like whey. But it has more protein per scoop than your average whey so worth it. Also for me very good budgetwise. You can buy this or pea protein if you are in a budget and have to spend less per month
