Yes! I ordered and installed these on my 2014 Ford Fusion AWD Titanium in Sep 2021, replacing the original 7-year-old two-piece Ford lug nuts. It is now Apr 2022 and I just noticed today that they are all rusting and will very soon look awful against my beautiful wheels. I do live in MN, but don't drive much and my car is kept clean and in my heated garage year-round. I will now have to buy another set of one-piece lug nuts after only a few months of use, but I won't buy Eisen brand anything, ever again.

what are the measurement of a 2013 lug nut ?

I don’t know the exact size. My mechanic told me what to order for my 2013 Ford Escape. The Eisen 22x1.5 fit perfectly and were much less expensive than ordering them from Ford dealership.

Does this wheel (lug) nut fit 2018 ford escape se and will it replace ford p/n acpz-1012h

Yes, I believe it will work fine on the escape (other websites show the acpz-1012h as the replacement nut for the Escape). I used these Lug Nuts on a 2015 Focus and it uses the Ford p/n acpz-1012h. These are defiantly a replacement for the acpz-1012h and in fact were much better than the original Ford Part because they are of a one-piece construction and not the cap over a standard nut design like the Ford's are.

Will this fit 2013 ford escape se?

I'm sure they will . I used them on my 2014 Ford Escape SE. They look very nice on there and they are solid unlike the cheap original equipment.

Like many Ford owners, I experienced the same (far too common) issue with Ford's swollen lug nuts. Based on the decent amazon reviews, I decided to give these a try. Just installed the lugs on a 2016 Focus to replace OEM damaged lugnuts. Perfect overall length and solid instead of 2 piece like the OEM lugnuts. Torqued to 100 ft lbs and all seems well. Highly recommend so far.
