I bought this as a gift for someone. The young lady was excited. The quality was great the value for the money was also great it fit her needs the performance was excellent. And she loved all the colors that were in there. This is an item that I would truly buy again

this is very good for someone that is starting out with makeup and don't know what to do with it. I can't figure out how to get into a certain parts of the box but I'll figure eventually figure it out

When I opened the package. It was nice and bubble wrapped.When she noticed, the bottom draw didn't want to open.I had to use a pair of pliers to pry the side of the box so that the draw can pull out.Very, very cheap silver box craftsmanship.They need to inspect the box to make sure all the parts work properly.Thanks......
