Bulk Buy Bargain
Lovely treat and so many uses. Buying this big 2kg bag is very cost effective - especially on subscription. The ginger is very good quality and is very gingery = it’s excellent !

Whether you are buying chunks or flakes....
In the past all my previous orders with this supplier have been ginger chunks - this time it was virtually flakes - and small ones at that. Not what I wanted. There is NO way of telling what you are buying as the packaging is identical.

Really tangy and chewy … great stuff
I use this ginger in my homemade muesli and in porridge. It really adds a tang and lifts my breakfast. I smile inwardly when I see a piece of this ginger on my breakfast spoon.It is in a different league from the ginger from the leading High Street company.

nice sized pieces of good quality ginger but surprised with how much weight of loose sugar was in the bottom of the bag when the ginger was all gone. Was this necessary or just to add weight?
