Disappointed
The item arrived damaged. I only discovered the issue when I opened it today because this was the first opportunity I had to perform an oil change on my car. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, the packaging appeared old and worn, and the box had a visible tear. This raises concerns that the item may have been previously opened or improperly handled. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, either through a replacement or a full refund. Thank you.
