It's worth the price.
It's a great little pump set. Worth the price you pay for it. Not the most robustly made tool but highly effective nonetheless. It bled the brake system on my 78 Camaro very easily at all 4 corners. I would recommend it to anyone. 👍👍

Works very well. But..
Probably not good for someone that does this a lot. Creates great vacuum, but the catch reservoir gasket didn't last very long. It expanded and became difficult to re fit after dumping old fluid. Wish it came with a few more. Otherwise great value for the money

Not perfect but adequate once you learn how to use it.
Worked good for changing the brake fluid in my old car. Not so great for bleeding all the air from the system because I always saw a few bubble, but that may have been the way I was using the tool. The included directions are pretty useless but the bleeder is not hard to figure out. The adaptor fittings or hoses are too large to fit the bleeder screws on my ’67 mustang. I ended up using a piece of .169” I.D. windshield washer hose and it fit perfectly. Attached it to the clear plastic tubing with one of the reducer fittings that comes with the unit. First, fill the master cylinder with new fluid. You need an airtight connection at the bleeder screw and you accomplish that by first removing the bleeder screw, cleaning it with brake cleaner or other solvent. Then take some grease and put it on the threads of the bleeder screw. That will keep air from leaking around the threads. Reinsert the screw and tighten. Push the hose over the nipple of the bleeder and connect it to the reservoir. Hook up the vacuum pump to the ‘pump’ side of the reservoir and start squeezing the handle to create a vacuum. I pumped it up to 20 on the gauge and watched to see if it maintained the same pressure. If it doesn't, you have a leak - probably at the bleeder screw. You can use some grease around the bleeder nipple to help with that. Now loosen the bleeder screw. You’ll see fluid and air bubbles coming out of bleeder. Watch the pressure on the gauge, additional squeezes will keep the vacuum up while it pulls brake fluid from the master cylinder. Once the reservoir is about half full, close the bleeder and add more brake fluid to the master cylinder before continuing the bleeding process. When you need to empty a full reservoir there is a Schrader valve (same as the valve in your tire stem) on the bottom of the vacuum pump. Push it to release the vacuum so you can empty the reservoir. I found the Schrader valve only after I was done bleeding and I was cleaning off the pump and hoses. Watch a couple of Youtube videos and you’ll have a better understanding of how this thing works. The grease on the bleeder screw threads was the best tidbit I learned. Now that I've replaced all the old fluid in my brake system I'll bleed the brakes the old-fashioned way.

Minimal construction but works for its use.
I apparently got some fluid in the pump by my not noticing I had turned the catching cylinder and sloshed fluid into the lid and so subsequently sucking the fluid into the pump. So be careful to keep the cylinder upright and dont overfill. Disassemble pump, cleaned and dried it out, and put back together. IT's back to function. I've used for a few projects including bleeding brakes and taking oil out of a grass trimmer. Typical tiny font difficult to read instructions.

Usable garbage.
There is some cheap crap that is so cheap and crappy that it is completely unusable. There is other cheap crap that is actually incredibly effective and far exceeds it price in the value and utility it provides. And then there is cheap crap that's fine. Just fine. It mostly does what you expect it to do, even if it has a bunch of aggravating design flaws and feels flimsy and bad to use. I would categorize this pump in that last rank of cheap crap. It worked well enough to get the job done, but the poorly fitting hoses, adapters, fittings, and canisters made it more of a hassle and a mess than I would willingly deal with again. I finished the job that I bought it to do, then I threw it in the trash. At twenty something bucks, I call that a wash...

Completely useless. Doesn't hold vacuum. Loses all vacuum in 2 seconds.
It doest hold vacuum at all! Looses all vacuum in 2 seconds. It does not go to -30, will not even hit -20 pumping it vigorously. I WANT A REFUND. Now I have to waste time and effort to send this trash back. It didn't have to great in any way, it just had to work and it can't even to that once. Please have your assemblers put their finger over the end of it, pump it once or twice and wait 2 seconds. It will save your company a ton of money. If you a distributor, you should just distributing from them if they can take 3 seconds for quality control.

Afordable Brake Bleeder Kit
Fantastic Tool at an affordable price! I purchased the $50 brake bleeder kit but when my son lost all the pieces, I bought this kit for under $20 and it works great!

Preis-Leistung Passt
Für den Hobbygebrauch super. Macht was es soll außer die Qualität der Pumpe könnte etwas besser sein. Beim ersten Gebrauch ist die Plaste Kappe von der Anzeige schon abgefallen

Decent tool for the cost
Good tool in general. Makes the job go quick, but keeping a seal on the tubes is a challenge. Keep the oring out of the brake fluid and you'll get many uses out of it.
