My wife and I use the Bender Ball for squats and abdominal workouts. They’re super easy to inflate and retain air once blown up. Excellent quality and price. They are pretty versatile as well when it comes to just playing catch or kicking around the house. Would be good for a toddler as they’re soft and squishy.

The ball is perfect for doing exercises, with it between your knees. It stays in place and it’s so easy to grab with your hands. It’s definitely an item that I would purchase again.

Disappointed. I thought it would come blown up, but it was flat when it arrived. I didn't have a pump which meant I'd have to go out and buy one so add that to the cost.

You will pay £32 for one ball and a crappy booklet. You will only realise this when you get it 3 weeks after you order. You will then have to pay to return it to some address in New Jersey USA....I don't expect I will ever see my £32 again!

I bought this for my husband who had a stroke 2 years ago. The bender ball is something he uses at his strength and balance classes so I knew it would really help him. He finds it easy to catch and hold. It is a bit of a fad to blow it up, but if you follow the instructions it is relatively easy.
