This is non stick or hard anodized it is a confusion

Hard Anodised. If you are thinking of Phulka, I found it ok for reheating them made on gas & another tawa. Problem is even if there is a small drop of moisture it sticks to tawa & can only be removed after soaking some time in water. The paratha tawa requires plenty of oil & you can easily give both these tawas a miss & go for a non stick tawa
