It's working instantly with taking only 1 tablet. Body stiffness is gone and muscles are relaxed, helping with good sleep. But when I took 2 tablets, I had loose stool the next morning. So be cautious. Also the tablet is so huge and dry. Overall, it's a worthy supplement.

Its actually a good supplement but the only thing i didn’t like in this is each serving gives us 500 cal but the nutritional information on the back shows it as 0.5kcal. I know that they didn’t do anything wrong but I just felt that it would be better if they’ve put 500 cal directly

Unlike other forms of magnesium (like oxide or citrate) which can completely wreck your stomach, this chelated glycinate form is incredibly gentle and caused zero digestive issues.

Quite sometime back I had purchased some supplement from this brand and completely forgot about the horrible, almost cheap agarbatti kind of synthetic fragrance that they add to their products. Shockingly this one too has the same repulsive smell that even lingers in on your fingers after you have handled the tablet. The tablet is 1.25 grams, so pretty large, it is supposed to be 1 gram of the key ingredient and has 250 mg of mostly unnecessary stuff like binders and synthetic colours and fragrance. The manufacturer seems to be very casual about the listing too, in the description it is mentioned unflavored while carrying strong synthetic fragrance. Also a serving size is 2000 mg (which they will later tell you means 2 tablets) so the mathematics says each tablet should be 1000 mg, again in one of listing descriptions it says each tablet delivers 1204 mg of Mg Glycinate. People are taking supplements for health, why load up the tablet with obnoxious unhealthy and mostly unnecessary stuff? This seems more like a strong marketing driven brand rather than strong ethical fundamentals. The reviews seems too upbeat and also folks are impressed with packaging etc - i would take these with a pinch of salt (perhaps more than a pinch). Sad, good supplements are very hard to come by.
