I ordered another pair because I lost one of mine. I ordered the 'D' size. Make sure you measure accurately both flacid and erect. Put it on before any lube and place as close to the base as you can. It sometimes helps to use a pump to speed up the engorgement, but once you're there, it pretty much stays there while wearing. It remains to be seen if they are as accommodating when the item is returned. Overall, what do you have to lose? If it works for you-great it was worth what seems an exorbitant amount of money for 1 gram of plastic. And if it doesn't, you can return it for a refund. Note, if buying directly from Giddy, the return period is 60 days. Through Amazon it's only 30. So, watch that calendar.

I got one of these for me and my husband, and then got one for my friend who just got married, as kind of a secret wedding gift LOL. You never know when you might need it.
