Bought 2 by accident. Got the original as a gift for my trainee chef, she loved it! Good quality blade and handle. Sharpens brilliantly and is very lightweight for those who do not like a heavy blade. Kept the second for myself and as a chef of 14 years I have zero complaints, great all rounder

Was advertised as ultra sharp. It came as sharp as the rounded hand on my frying pan.I’ve even sharpened it and it’s lost it’s edge after just over a week. It’s not even worth the hassle of send it back. Wast of money and if I gave it my true opinion I’d have to use profanity.Read between those lines.
