It's too soon to really give an honest assessment, however if I had to say anything I do feel a difference in my body. But I need more time to expound accurately on the product.

Clear head. And for me helps with migraines and joint pain. The taste is not great but I have added lemon water after the tablet dissolves and that seems to help the taste. I want to try the raspberry ones.

Been using daily for couple of weeks. Quick fizz, strong hydrogen cloud, clean unflavoured taste with just a light mineral note. After a couple weeks: steadier energy, better workout recovery, slightly less afternoon fog. Nothing dramatic, but the benefits feel real and build with consistency. Pricey, drink immediately for max effect, mild stomach adjustment at first. Still solid and science-backed.

Even though I can't lab test the PPM of molecular hydrogen myself, I'm trusting in the company's information. Drop in 1 tab to a bottle of water (500ml) and wait until dissolved. Drink immediately after (put it down quick don't sip on it) as to not loose the hydrogen gas created by the chemical reaction. Don't shake the bottle, let it do it's thing. My son loves watching the tabs as they start blasting hydrogen gas into the water immediately and are super bubbly. No taste either, just like drinking plain water. Not sure of the safety for a 7 year old to consume a whole bottle himself, however, AI let him drink 1/4 the amount as he is 54lbs and I'm 194lbs. This lower amount won't hurt him and the antioxidants that he gets from this are incredible! Will be able to see the whole effects over time and after heavy duty physical labor or a heavy workout.

Seems to work great for me! Used the first bottle then took a break for a week from using it. Definitely felt a positive increase in energy and it helped me drink a bit more water daily. Definitely recommend using it 🙏
