This strawberry flavor concentrated oil is awesome. I have made a variety of desserts strawberry flavor cake, frosting and strawberry ice cream and received fantastic strawberry flavors. The oil is so easy to use. Due to its high concentration start with 1/4 teaspoon, taste and add another 1/4 teaspoon if needed. The flavor will come together as your dessert sets or freezes. The oil has a tint color of red. I did add a few drops of red food color/gel to achieve by desire color. This oil is a great value for this size bottle because you can get many uses from the bottle. It is compatible to the small bottles but not many uses. This brand of oil is true to it flavors and taste. I have tried other flavors and have not been disappointed. You can not go wrong with this brand of oil. I hope you find this review to be helpful in your dessert making.

I make hard tack candy for our antique booth and wouldn’t trust any other oils than LorAnn. Quick delivery and perfect flavors- exactly what I was looking for.

Good flavor but not the tangy blue raspberry if that’s the flavor you’re looking for.

I got this for a dole whip frosting recipe I found online. I ended up making smoothies and cakes as well. It’s Very potent and that makes me so happy. You actually get your monies worth in this product. How refreshing, right!??!! It’s expensive too. But it will last till I’m a hundred years old. You really don’t need much of it at all for huge cakes and pastries. Really. So get it for a genuine pineapple flavor that packs a punch and tastes really good if used correctly.

Great flavour for Japanese crystal candy making

PERFECT!! I've been making crystal candies (kohakutou) for over 2 years and have tried many different types of juices to get that flavour of blue raspberry like the ones from Silky Gem. But each attempt was a failure mostly because of the citric acid in the juices. I never thought that a flavour like this would taste good enough but it does!!! It's the exact same flavour I was looking for! I can't wait for that first batch to harden so I can finally taste it with the sugar crust!
