Relish Large Piece Puzzles for Seniors, 13 Piece Summer Birds Jigsaw Puzzle, Dementia Products for Elderly

My brother-in-law is partially paralyzed from a reblooming of West Nile. His therapist wanted him to try to do a large-piece puzzle to help him practice fine motor control. This worked beautifully. He did it so many times, he's now ready for a medium-piece puzzle.

Mom has dementia-she loves this puzzle. This is just challenging enough. Good choice.

Great little puzzle! Only 13 pieces lots of colorful and easy to place pieces for my father who has dementia. And he can do it with his little three and four-year-old great grandchildren helping him. Like that it’s in its own box and self-contained so you don’t have to move it off the table.

Bought for my 86 yr old Mom. i was not sure she would be interested but she like it alot. She is happy when she put the pieces in and the picture comes together.

My 92 yr young Mom LOVED IT!! She has dementia. Only 13 pieces but it gave her SO MUCH CONFIDENCE!! Bless you for having these wonderful puzzles.

The puzzle is colorful, not too ‘cutsy’, so it’s appropriate for an adult. The Best thing I like for my parent is this particular puzzle has only 13 pieces. My mom can complete it without frustration, and yet is challenged. She feels accomplished, unlike other dementia-oriented puzzles with 30 - 100 pieces.

This is the second 13 piece jigsaw I have bought for my mum with dementia. I had looked around for jigsaws which were suitable for my mum. It couldn't be too babyish/childish a picture and also, had to have very few pieces as I knew my mum would switch off if too difficult for her. I was so happy when I found these jigsaws from Relish. As far as I am aware, they are the only company which make jigsaws for dementia sufferers. I begrduged the price at first as thought it was very steep for a jigsaw but after doing the first jigsaw with my mum and seeing her enjoying doing it (with my help) and then, finally the look of delight on her face as she completed it, it was actually money very well spent. So, that's why I've now bought a second one so we have two to choose from. Highly recommend these jigsaws. Nice pictures, big pieces and for my mum, the 13 piece provides enough challenge. Any more pieces than that, she'd switch off as it would be too difficult for her.

Great puzzle. The pieces are easy to handle. It can all be done in the box, so pieces don't go missing. Just the right level of difficulty so as not to lose interest in it. Really nice adult picture.

I loved it but unfortunately it was a bit too difficult for my dad.
